SABO, James M., aka “Captain Jim,” age 76, lifelong resident of Dayton, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, January 6, 2022. Captain Jim touched an extraordinary amount of lives. He was preceded in death by his father, Julius J. Sabo, mother, Beatrice Sabo, and sister, Frances Sendelbach.
He is survived by his beloved and loyal dog Harley, his daughter, Lauri Silvers, grandson. Ryan (wife Jackie) Christian and great-granddaughter Ellen Christian.
A celebration of life memorial will be held at a future date. Arrangements entrusted to the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, Vandalia.
