Jacquelynn Carol Hale

Age 71, of Northridge, passed away Friday, March 29, 2024, at Kettering Health – Dayton Campus (Grandview Hospital). Jackie was born November 11, 1952 in Dayton to the late Albert & Vergie (Spencer) Gibbs. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by one son, Christopher Hale; two brothers, Randall & Mark Gibbs; and by three sisters, Rebecca, Linda & Debbie Gibbs.

For many years Jackie worked as a RTA Bus Driver, she was a member of the Transit Union and she enjoyed spending time with her family & many friends. The love of her life was her grandson, Evan Hale.

Jackie is survived by one son, Joshua W. Hale; her one grandson, Evan; and by nieces & nephews, including Mandi, Jason & Danny.

The family will be receiving friends from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Tuesday, April 9, at Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Drive, Vandalia. Funeral services will begin at 1:00 pm with Pastor Tim Hamilton officiating. Interment will follow at Willow View Cemetery.
