Age 98, of Butler Twp., passed away Monday, September 22, 2025. Gwendolyn was born July 6, 1927 in Isonville, Kentucky to the late Charley & Alice (Engle) Webb. In addition to her parents, Gwendolyn was also preceded in death by her loving husband of 65 years, Willie Kazee, in 2016; one infant son, Terry Scott Kazee; and by three brothers, Edwin, Ronnie & Gene Webb.

Gwen enjoyed knitting, crocheting, sewing, gardening, fishing and any kind of arts & crafts. She was a very creative person. She also enjoyed shopping and most of all enjoyed being with her family & family gatherings. For many years she worked as a receptionist at O’Hair International Salon.

Gwen is survived by her son, Neal Kazee & his wife, Janet; daughter, Marsha Snyder & her husband, Brian; granddaughters, Jessica Catalani (Joey) and Heidi Hallauer (Alex); grandson, Derek Kazee (Aly); one great granddaughter, Emma Rose Kazee; one brother, Lamoine Webb (Cheryl); brother-in-law, Carl Kazee; and by her extended family & many good friends.

The family will be receiving friends from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 30, at Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Dr., Vandalia. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 p.m. Interment will be at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery.

If friends desire, contributions may be made in memory of Gwen to The Hospice of Dayton (Ohio’s Hospice).
