Gregory Alan Trimbach

Gregory Alan Trimbach, born on April 18, 1957, in Dayton, Ohio, departed this life peacefully at his home in Butler Township on August 20, 2025. An esteemed member of his community and a beloved family man, Gregory was the proud owner of 2J Supply HVAC Distributors, a testament to his commitment and passion for his work.

Throughout his life, Gregory was known for his jovial spirit and a love for playing cards, a pastime that often brought family and friends together. He embodied a sense of community, holding membership in St. Christopher Catholic Church in Vandalia, where he made numerous contributions. Additionally, he was a dedicated member of the Knights of Columbus, further reflecting his values of service and fellowship.

Gregory's influence extended far beyond his professional accomplishments; he was an integral figure in the lives of his family. He is survived by his beloved wife, Debra; his daughter, Renee; and his sons, Ryan (Christine) Trimbach, Jason (Tia) Trimbach, and Kevin (Brittany) Trimbach. He was a cherished brother to Sue (Chris) Donofrio, Larry (Lisa) Trimbach, Rick (Donna) Trimbach, and Jon (Dena) Trimbach. His legacy continues through his grandchildren, Aiden, Noah, Zach, Elliana, Cooper, Savanna, Knox, Aubrey, Natalie, Stephanie, and Benjamin, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and a wide circle of friends.

Gregory was preceded in death by his parents, Gerald and Joan Trimbach. His family and friends will remember him as a passionate individual who made a lasting impact in both his professional and personal life, always striving to enrich the lives of those around him.

Visitation services will be held on August 28, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home , 139 S. Dixie Dr, Vandalia, OH 45377. A Mass in his honor will be celebrated on August 29, 2025, at St. Christopher Catholic Church, starting at 10:30 AM, with Fr. Kyle Schnippel officiating. Interment will follow at the Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery.

Gregory Alan Trimbach will be deeply missed, but his spirit and influence will always remain in the hearts of those he touched. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society in Greg's memory.
