Frank Earl Ramsey

RAMSEY, Franklin E., “Frank”, age 66 of Vandalia, passed away Friday, March 13, 2026, at Ohio’s Hospice of Miami County. Frank was born April 27, 1959, in Dayton, Ohio, son of the late Thomas Sr. and Virginia (Spanel) Ramsey. Frank was the proud owner and operator of Towne Upholstering Co. of Vandalia, a business that served the Vandalia community for over 50 years. He was an avid Cleveland Browns fan, loved woodworking, cars, and the music of the Beatles.

Preceded in death by his parents and brother, Thomas Ramsey Jr., Frank is survived by his loving partner of 47 years, Tina Sanger; son, Shawn Ramsey; sister, Sharon McNeil (Robert); nephew, Bobby McNeil; special family, Penny & Jerry Whitt; along with his extended family and many friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm, Friday, March 20 at the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, Vandalia with Mr. John Seagraves officiating. Interment will follow at Poplar Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 11:00 am until time of service.
