Faye E. Wornstaff, 92, of Dayton, passed away Thursday, February 19, 2026 at her home. She was born to John & Bertha Clemons on September 20, 1933 in Hazard, Kentucky. Faye was retired from AT & T (formerly Ohio Bell) after over 40 years of service. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 68 years, Richard Lee Wornstaff; infant son, Richard Lee Wornstaff, Jr.; sisters, Joanne Ferguson, Opal Douglas, Kay Wing & Virginia Graffenberg; brother, Roy Clemons.
Survived by her brother, Arlas Clemons (Carol); sisters, Patricia Jones & Rose Eubank; many other relatives & friends who loved her.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, March 2, 2026 at David Cemetery Mausoleum, 4600 Mad River Rd., Dayton, OH 45429. Arrangements entrusted to the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, Vandalia. Condolences can be shared at www.MortonWhetstoneFH.com
