Mrs. Esther Lucille Dunlap, 84, of Vandalia, passed away on Sunday Oct 16. Widow of Billy Dunlap, she is survived by her son & daughter-in-law, Shanon and Sue Dunlap of Huntsville, AL; and daughter and son-in-law Colleen and Victor Betz of Loveland, OH; five grandchildren, brother and sister-in-law Donald and Jean Grisham of Vandalia, 3 nieces and 2 nephews. Visitation will be held Wed., Oct 19 at 11:30am followed by a 1:00 pm service at Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, Vandalia, OH. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton in Lucilles memory.
