Ella Faye Cornett

Ella Faye Cornett, 83, of Northridge, passed away Sunday, March 31, 2024. She was born to Willie & Roberta Allen on September 29, 1940 in Owsley County, Kentucky. Ella Faye was a member of the Northridge United Baptist Church and the Northridge Neighborhood Watch. She was retired from the Carson-Saeks Company on Timber Lane. Preceded in death by her beloved husband of 63 years, James C. Cornett, Sr. Survived by her son, James “Satch” Cornett (Regina); daughters, Vicki Gillman and Karen Fishbaugh (Tim); brother, Randy Allen; grandchildren, Jessica Mayes (Tom), Jason Cornett (Stacy), Alexis Cornett, Amanda Highman (Shane), Joshua Cornett, Sara Gillman & Heather Colyer (Logan); great grandchildren, Lorelei, Henry, Adeline, Frederick, Everleigh, Lottie & James; many other relatives & friends.

Graveside service 2:00 p.m. Friday, April 5, 2024 at Willow View Cemetery, 2500 Neff Rd., Dayton, OH 45414. Faye’s grandsons, Jason & Josh Cornett, will be officiating. Arrangements entrusted to the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, Vandalia.
