Elizabeth R. Anderson

ANDERSON, Elizabeth R., 87, of Dayton, formerly of Catlettsburg, Kentucky, passed away Monday, February 20, 2023 at Brookdale Centennial Park in Englewood, Ohio. She was born to the late Zeno & Glada (Via) Cornwell in Huntington, West Virginia on January 31, 1936. Elizabeth was retired from the Dayton/Montgomery County Public Library and was a member of the Missionary Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul D. Anderson, in 2017.

Survived by her niece, Linda Jones (Larry), her nephew, Phil Chandler (Pam), and many other relatives & friends. The family would like to thank the staff at Brookdale Centennial Park for their loving care of Elizabeth.

A funeral service will be held at 6:00 p.m. Friday, February 24, 2023 at the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Dr., Vandalia, with Pastor Mark Masterson, officiating. The family will receive friends Friday one hour prior to the service (5:00-6:00 p.m.) at the funeral home.
