Edwin Christy

CHRISTY, Edwin W., age 82 of Vandalia, passed away Tuesday, July 17, 2007 at Englewood Manor. He was born November 29, 1924 in Cleveland, OH, son of the late Taylor B. & Gold L. (Corwell) Christy. He was a retired school teacher with the Cuyahoga Falls School District and was a U.S. Army Veteran of WW II. Edwin is survived by his wife of 60 years, Kay Christy of Vandalia; 1 son, Lynn Christy; 2 daughters, Sandra Rossiter and Elaine Huskins and numerous other family and friends. It was Edwins wish that his body be cremated and there will be no services. Arrangements by Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, Vandalia.
