Dorothy K. Cuzzort

CUZZORT, Dorothy K ., age 88 of Vandalia passed away Sunday, February 5, 2017 at Stonespring of Vandalia. She was born July 19, 1928 in Dayton, OH, daughter of the late William M. & Maggie Henley. Dorothy was a longtime member of the Northridge Wesleyan Church. Preceded in death by her sister, Paula Dean, Dorothy is survived by her beloved husband of 71 years, Max Cuzzort; 1 brother, Ronny Henley and very special friends, Charles & Sandra Weidlich and their children, Eddie Weidlich and Monica (Steve) Good; along with special friends, Kim Bish and Taryl & Barb Lamb. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 pm, Wednesday, February 8 at the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Dr., Vandalia. Interment will follow at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 12:00 noon until time of service. Dorothy’s family would like to offer their deepest gratitude to Kim, Dawn, Heidi & Christy with Hospice of the Miami Valley for the wonderful care and compassion they provided Dorothy during her journey home.
