Donna Zajbel

Donna Zajbel of Vandalia, Ohio, passed away suddenly on Sunday, December 4, 2011 at her residence. She had attended Chaminade-Julienne High School,was a proud graduate of the University of Texas and a retired flight attendant with US Airways. Preceded in death by her parents, John and Lucy Zajbel. Survived by her loving daughter, Annie; sister, Linda Hanrahan; nephews, David (Paige) Hanrahan and Andrew Hanrahan; niece, Emily (Jeremy) Gardner; great-nephew Aaron; great-niece, Olivia; uncle, Warren Ratliff; special friends, Mark and Linda LaForce and many family members and friends. Family will receive friends Friday, December 9, 2011 from 9:30-11:30 at St. Christopher Parish, 405 E. National Rd., Vandalia with a memorial Mass immediately following. In lieu of flowers, donations are being accepted toward a college scholarship for her daughter, Annie. Arrangements entrusted to Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, Vandalia.
