Age 74, of Vandalia, OH; passed away peacefully on Sunday July 18th, 2021. Dan was born in Dayton, OH on April 27, 1947 to the late John and Audrey (Frisby) Morgan. Dan was an avid sports fan and you could always find him watching the Cincinnati Reds, Cincinnati Bengals or playing a game of cards. Dan enjoyed collecting sports memorabilia and coins.  One of his greatest joys in life was coaching his daughters in soccer and softball throughout their childhood. He was a proud father and grandfather.

Dan was preceded in death by his wife of 25 years, Linda Kay Morgan, sister, Joan Mills, and grandson, William Patton Huffine. Dan is survived by his daughters, Ashley (Chad) Ware and Danielle (Benji) Huffine; twin brother, David (Joyce) Morgan; step-children, Heather Bond & Pam Huss; Grandchildren, Daniel Huss, Benjamin Huffine, Dominick Jacaruso & Harper Huffine; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

A burial service will be held at Dayton Memorial Park on Friday, July 23rd at Noon. Family and friends are welcome.

Two of Dan’s grandsons were born with Congenital Heart Defects; the family has requested that in lieu of flowers donations can be made to Mendedhearts.org, in memory of grandson, William Huffine/in honor of grandson, Dominick Jacaruso.
