Carylton Dalton

DALTON, Carylton age 74, of Vandalia, passed away Tuesday, October 21, 2008 at his residence after a lengthy illness. He was born August 8, 1934 in Somerset, KY, son of the late Earl & Bertha Dalton. He was a retired employee of the Associated Spring Co. and was a US Navy veteran of the Korean Conflict. Preceded in death by 1 daughter, Sandra Elliott & 1 sister, Christine Taylor, Carylton is survived by his wife of 50 years, Dollie; 1 granddaughter, Kelly Elliott & 1 great-grandson, Cross Johnson, both of Huber Heights; his brother, Larry Dalton; sister, Bernice Terry; nephew, Tony & wife, Linda Dawes and numerous other relatives and friends. Private family services will be held with interment at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery. There will be no visitation. Arrangements by Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, Vandalia, OH.
