Bjorn Larsson

LARSSON, Bjorn E., Bear age 65 of Vandalia, passed away Saturday, January 26, 2008 at The University Hospital in Cincinnati after a sudden illness. He was born May 7, 1942 in Council Bluffs, IA, son of the late David & Helen (Peterson) Larson. Bjorn was a self-employed Human Resources Director and an active member of the Stillwater United Methodist Church. Preceded in death by 1 sister, Joanne Jensen, Bjorn is survived by his wife, Rebecca (Wilson); 1 son, Douglas & wife, Nami Larson of CO; 1 daughter, Laura Dill of CO; 5 stepchildren, Ahndraya & husband, Jeff Weeks, Matthew Mikel, Daniel Mikel, Ehmily Mikel and Khyrsten Mikel; 3 grandchildren, Jasmine, Alexander and Zachary; 1 brother, Les Larson; 2 sisters, Jan Larson & Judy Burbridge and numerous other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held at 7:00 pm, Thursday, January 31 at the Stillwater United Methodist Church, 6911 Frederick Pike, Dayton, OH 45414 with Pastor Duane Anders officiating. The family will receive friends at the church from 5:00 pm until time of service. The family requests no flowers and for donations to be made to Stillwater United Methodist Church in Bears memory.
