She was a member of the Red Hats Society and attended the First Baptist Church of Union. She was preceded in death by her late husband, John White, and sister, Betty Brown.

Kimsey, and Tami Lipps. She was also survived by her grandchildren, Jessie (Josh), Shelby, Cole (Kati), Madison, Craig, Travis (Meagan), Morgan (James), Shane, Christina, Zachariah, Christian, Ethan, and Olivia, as well as 11 great-grandchildren, many beloved foster children and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
The family will be receiving friends from 12:00-2:00 pm, Saturday, April 11, at the First Baptist Church of Union, 219 Shaw Road, Union, Oh 45322. Funeral services will follow at 2:00pm with Billie Jo’s nephew, Casey Allen, officiating.
