Beverly J. Gearhardt

Beverly J. Gearhardt Age 75, of Vandalia, passed away Tuesday, March 10, 2015, at her home. She was born July 1, 1939 in Ludlow, Kentucky to the late Phillip & Lucille Hampton. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Wallace Gearhardt; two brothers, Robert & Bud Hampton; and by her sister, Phyllis Lyons who passed on March 14. She is survived by two sons, Tyler Jones (Terri Cottongim) and Mitch Gearhardt (Chris); step-son, Michael Gearhardt (Mary); and by three grandchildren, Taylor, Justin & Nathan. Beverly loved puzzles, baking and spending time with her grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday (3/21) at Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Dr., Vandalia. The family will be receiving friends from 1:00 p.m. until time of service.
