Albert M. “Butch” Klenk, Jr., 80, of Butler Township, passed away Saturday, August 16, 2025 at his home. He was born to Albert, Sr. & Phyllis Klenk on March 9, 1945 in Dayton, Ohio. Butch was a 1963 graduate of Belmont High School. He was a member of Polk Grove United Church of Christ and loved Camp Mac. Butch loved to travel and was an avid sports fan. For many years he volunteered for nearly all of Butler High School basketball tournaments. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Rebecca Freeze.
Survived by his beloved wife of 58 years, Lynn Klenk; son, Michael Klenk; daughter, Lori Critz (Greg); grandson, Brandon Critz; sister-in-law, Connie Hutchins; brothers-in-law, Dan Hutchins & Robert Freeze; several nieces, nephews, other relatives & many friends.
The family will receive friends 5-7 p.m. Friday, Aug. 23, 2025 at the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home with the funeral service at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 23 at the funeral home.
