Glen M. Hall
Age 86, of Dayton, passed away Wednesday, January 8, 2020, at The Hospice of Dayton. Glen was born March 1, 1933 in Dayton to the late James & Clara (Heitzelman) Hall. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his son, Douglas Glen Hall in 1973.
Glen was a U. S. Navy veteran having served during the Korean War. He went on to work at N.C.R. for 24 years and then he retired from General Motors after 20 years of service.
Glen is survived by his loving daughter, Susan Hardy & her husband, Carl; longtime friend, Elaine Pitsinger; three grandchildren, Kristen (Ben), Kelly (Bryan) & Jamison; and by three great grandchildren, Abigail, Madelyn & Ellie.
The family will be receiving friends from 1:30 – 3:00 p.m., Sunday, January 12, at Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Dr., Vandalia. Funeral services with military honors will follow at 3:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, contributions should be made in memory of Glen to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
