Edward M. Corrigan

CORRIGAN, Edward M., age 87 of Troy, formerly of Vandalia, passed away Monday, September 2, 2019.   Ed was born November 21, 1931 in Dayton, Ohio, son of the late Edward M. Sr. & Cecelia (Moorman) Corrigan.  Ed retired from Western Electric before starting CoriGraphics and Kelcor Machine and Tool with his children.

Ed loved his family and traveling in his motorhome.  He was a proud member of the Miami River Boat Club, Falcon Club, and Sister Cities of Vandalia.

Ed is survived by his wife, Susan L.; his children, Joseph Corrigan (Kathleen), Karen Corrigan, David Corrigan (Colleen) and Kelly Corrigan (Tammy); 1 brother, Henry Corrigan; 8 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren

A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, September 9, 2019 from 5:00-7:00 pm, at the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Dr., Vandalia with a short service to follow at 7:00 pm.   In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Miami County in Ed’s memory.
