Doris E. Bodenmiller

Age 89, of Vandalia, passed away Monday, June 10, 2019, at Stonespring of Vandalia. Doris was born March 12, 1930 in Dayton to the late Willard Francis & Ruth Elizabeth McWilliams.

In addition to her parents, Doris was also preceded in death by her loving husband, Edgar Stanley Bodenmiller in 2007.

Doris is survived by two children, David Edgar Bodenmiller and Ruth Elizabeth Bodenmiller; grandchildren, Raina Nicole Shank, Kainan Michael Shank & Roman Anthony Shank; and two siblings, Willard Francis McWilliams & Judith McWilliams Dickhart.

Doris had many interests but loved to mushroom hunt most of all.

A graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m., Friday, June 14, at Hillgrove Cemetery in Trotwood (at the corner of Union Road & Route 35). Pastor Monti Stevens from North Riverdale Lutheran Church will officiate.

In lieu of flowers, contributions should be made to Jeremiah's Letter, 534 Xenia Avenue, Dayton, Ohio 45410.
