Merle "Butch" Brumfield Obituary

Merle (Butch) Brumfield Age 81 passed away peacefully at his home in Vandalia, Ohio on March 28th, 2024. Butch was born May 15th, 1942 in Middletown, Ohio to the late Cecil and Rita Mae Brumfield. He worked for 44 years in the automotive industry pursuing his passion for cars.

Butch is survived by his beloved wife of 45 years, Bonnie Jean Brumfield, his sons Daniel (Kim) Brumfield, Brian (Stephanie) Brumfield, and Robert (Lindsey) Brumfield, his 5 grandchildren: Emily (Kevin) Shanks, Jake (Maria) Brumfield, Kenzie Brumfield, Stella Brumfield, and Zoey Brumfield, and his 4 great-grandchildren: Berklee Shanks, McKinlee Shanks, Finlee Shanks, and Isabella Brumfield.

Butch will be remembered for his dedication to family, generosity, humor, and home invention skills.

At this time no memorial service is scheduled.
